Dear Esteemed Members,

Season’s Greetings!

According to constitution of the MSBIRIA and IRIA, nominations for various posts of Executive Council of MSBIRIA for year 2024, [office term from 01st January 2024 to 31st December 2024], are hereby invited BY EMAIL and should reach the MSBIRIA office latest by 21st October 2023 by 05.00 pm.

A SCANNED COPY of nomination form should be sent by email to msbiriaelection2023@gmail.com
Nominations received after 05.00 pm on 21st October 2023 will not be considered.

A member cannot PROPOSE more than 1 Candidate and cannot SECOND the proposal of more than 1 candidate. The member cannot propose &/or second more than 1 candidate filing nominations for the same post. A candidate should not propose or second any other candidate for any post.

Criteria for various posts will be the same as mentioned in constitution of MSBIRIA and reproduced below.

No correspondence shall be entertained by the MSBIRIA Office in the matter of nominations.

Last date of withdrawal of eligible nomination is 27th October 2023 before 5 pm, which can be done by sending scanned letter of withdrawal signed by candidate from his/her official registered email ID sent to msbiriaelection2023@gmail.com
