The members of the Constitution Update Committee are grateful to the President of IRIA and the IRIA members for giving us this pleasant duty of reviewing and updating the constitution. All committee members have put in their sincere efforts to update the constitution based on the several amendments that have been passed in the recent years.

The committee is indebted to the founders of our constitution and the members of the Constitution Review Committees for giving shape to this wonderful constitution and periodically updating it for the smooth functioning of the association. We are also thankful to the office staff of IRIA especially Mr. Harish Saryal for all the support.

‘Change is the only constant in Life’ – At this juncture, we acknowledge all members of the association, who have proposed several amendments to the constitution for the betterment of the association and bring the changes that meet the challenges and aspirations of the next generation members of our association.

Finally, as Dr. B. R. Ambedkar famously said “However good a constitution may be, if those who are implementing it are not good, it will prove to be bad. However bad a constitution may be, if those implementing it are good, it will prove to be good”. May this be the guiding principle for all those who are the custodians of our beloved constitution.
