Submission Guidelines

Since 2012, this competitive section has seen numerous entries from young and talented speakers, including students.
Top 5 will be selected to speak on the weekend based on their original papers. Abstracts need to be submitted via the member area 2 weeks before the event begins.

You can submit posters and abstracts only after you have registered and paid. Please register first, and on approval, Login to Members Area to upload your poster or abstract


Scientific Papers : Abstract submissions for scientific papers are accepted at this conference on topics of Ultrasound for ULTRAFEST/ CT-MR for CT FEST, only Top 5 abstracts selected by the scientific committee will present at Spotlight Speakers in the main hall on the weekend, based on their rankings conducted live on Friday in the Paper Hall.

The submission should not be more than 250 words and should include aims, methods, results, conclusion and discussion. Abstracts are to be submitted in .doc or .docx format only.

Abstracts are to be submitted by midnight, 2 weeks before the event begins. Login to Member area to upload your file.


Poster presentations are accepted at the conference on interesting cases, case reviews, protocols, and any other topics of interest pertaining to Ultrasound only for Ultrafest & CT-MRI for CT FEST, and can include other modalities for confirmation/ correlation.

Presentation layout is

  • SLIDE 1 : Title, name of author and affiliations
  • SLIDE 2 -6: Clinical History, images,
  • Slide 7: Description of findings
  • Slide 8: Diagnosis, discussion
  • Slide 9: References.
  • A maximum of 10 slides can be placed in the presentation.
  • Slide background should be black only

These posters are to be submitted in .ppt or .pptx format 2 weeks prior to the event. Please login from the top of this screen to your member area, to send the ppt to us for review.
